- June 20: Take online placement exams (if applicable)

- June 20: Ask your high school or counselor to send your final, official transcript to the Office of Admission

- July 3: Set up e-billing account and add authorized users
- July 3: Accept financial aid offer
- July 3: Submit new student health forms
- July 3: Sign up for or waive 七色视频 student health insurance
- July 15: The first e-bill for the Fall 2025 semester is emailed
August
- First payment due for direct costs from Occidental (tuition, fees, housing, and meals)
- Submit FERPA Privacy Rights form (optional)
- August 14: International New Student Orientation (by invitation)
- August 15: Move-in for fall athletes
- August 18: Move-in for new students
